The glass fiber produced by our company has alkali free, medium alkali, high alkali, alkali wax free and alkali wax free yarn and engineering plastics reinforced modified yarn. It is treated by composite coupling agent, which has the characteristics of high strength, acid and alkali resistance, good clustering and fluidity, fast and uniform distribution in resin, good process performance and mechanical properties of products. At the same time, the product has passed SGS testing, which fully meets the environmental protection requirements of the current market. It is mainly used in the production of thermoplastic by extrusion, especially for the production of PBT, PA and PP. It can improve the tensile, bending and impact properties of plastic products, and has more advantages of quality and price preference than similar products. Middle alkali yarn is mainly used to produce yellow wax tube. Its high temperature resistance is poor. Alkali free waxy yarn can be used to weave fiberglass casing (silicon pipe, fiber pipe) with high temperature resistance and excellent electrical insulation performance. Alkali free and wax free yarn is mainly used for weaving high temperature wires, alkali free insulating tapes and silicone tubes.
